The clean product is Plaid (or a similar aggregator): you pick the bank, approve it once, and new transactions show up for you to accept. No PDF or CSV after that.
What you will need before we can turn this on:
- EIN and Texas-formed company records (you already have the companies)
- A business checking account in the company name
- A business card if you will charge expenses there
- A Plaid developer account so the login box is legal and the secrets stay off this website
Until those exist, keep using receipts, invoices, and Bank import. When the accounts are open, tell me the bank names and we will wire the connect button.
